- No. The public schedule is fully visible so prospective guests can explore before purchasing. Tickets unlock onboarding and registration.
- How do I register for a session?
- Log in, open the session panel, and tap “Save my seat.” You’ll receive email updates when your status changes.
- Can I switch houses or tracks?
- House placement is handled by the Genesis team, but you can request a change from your dashboard after onboarding.
- Is there a mobile app?
- The portal is fully responsive—pin it to your home screen for an app-like experience.
