When you apply for a day pass or express interest in our services, we collect personal information including your name, email address, phone number, and social media profile. This information is used to:

• Process your application and communicate regarding its status
• Contact you about your application, including follow-up enquiries
• Send you information about Genesis events, offers, and related opportunities
• Improve our services and understand attendee preferences

5. Payment Terms

Day pass applications require payment authorisation. Your card will be temporarily authorised for the application amount. The charge will only be captured if your application is approved. If your application is denied, the authorisation hold will be released.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
